Refund Policy

When this policy applies

No paid sponsorship checkout is currently displayed on the website. This policy will apply if and when a sponsorship package is offered and a payment is accepted.

All sponsorship purchases are final

Once a sponsorship payment has been completed successfully, it is final and non-refundable. Payment reserves limited advertising space and confirms that the sponsor accepts the agreed package, placement period, these Terms, and this Refund Policy.

No refunds for sponsor-controlled changes

No refund or credit is provided for a change of mind, unused placement time, late delivery of sponsor material, dissatisfaction with traffic or results, or removal caused by inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or policy-violating sponsor content.

Exceptional refunds

We may choose to approve an exceptional full or partial refund in writing at our discretion. A request does not create a right to a refund. This discretion does not limit any refund, replacement, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law, payment-network rules, or Dodo Payments' terms.

If we cannot provide the placement

If we cannot provide the agreed sponsorship placement, we may offer a replacement date, extend the placement period, provide an equivalent placement, or approve a full or proportional refund. The available remedy will depend on the circumstances and any rights required by law.

Dodo Payments

If Dodo Payments checkout is enabled, Dodo Payments will act as Merchant of Record and legal seller for transactions processed through its checkout. Dodo Payments will handle payment processing, invoices, refunds, and disputes. If we approve a refund for such a transaction, it must be processed through Dodo Payments and not paid directly to the sponsor.

Dodo Payments may also issue or require a refund because of a chargeback, fraud concern, legal requirement, payment-network rule, compliance decision, or its own buyer and merchant terms. Therefore, ordinary refund requests are decided by us, but refunds are not exclusively under our control.

Refund requests

To request an exceptional refund, email godxrosu@gmail.com with the sponsor name, Dodo Payments transaction ID, payment date, package, and reason. If approved, the refund will be returned through Dodo Payments to the original payment method, subject to processing times and applicable deductions.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback. This does not prevent a sponsor from exercising any chargeback or consumer right that is legally available. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in refusal of future sponsorship requests.
